2013年3月15日至16日，“消費(fèi)者保護(hù)的全球性挑戰(zhàn)——正義和消費(fèi)者權(quán)利”國(guó)際論壇在武漢大學(xué)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流中心舉行，本書(shū)稿是參會(huì)的各位學(xué)者提交的論文集。本書(shū)稿分為五大部分：聯(lián)合國(guó)消費(fèi)者保護(hù)準(zhǔn)則、全球金融消費(fèi)者保護(hù)、中國(guó)的消費(fèi)者保護(hù)、消費(fèi)者損害、消費(fèi)者保護(hù)與國(guó)際公法，另外還有附錄部分有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。
