本書收錄《中國圖書館學(xué)報》2018年發(fā)表的重點理論文章，包括當(dāng)前圖書館學(xué)情報學(xué)研究的前沿問題、熱點問題，反映了這一階段圖書館學(xué)研究的現(xiàn)狀和熱點，有助于國內(nèi)圖書館學(xué)的國際發(fā)展。內(nèi)含7篇文章，文章作者不乏理論名家，文章內(nèi)容涉及知識服務(wù)、《中華人民共和國公共圖書館法》、公眾科學(xué)、數(shù)字化貧困、法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)等。
